Self-certification

On 7 March 2001, Presidential Decree 445 of 28 December 2000, containing the Consolidated Text of legislative and regulatory provisions on administrative documentation, came into force.
Certificates can be replaced by a declaration on plain paper and without the need for signature authentication.

  • Enter your personal data by filling in the form in full
  • Tick the box corresponding to the type of declaration required
  • Check that you have entered your personal data correctly and fill in the self-certification part
  • Click on 'Process' and a screen with the required self-certification will appear on the screen.
    You only need to print it out and sign it in order to be able to use it in all cases provided for by law.
