The Notary

Notary Emanuele Gullo was born in Catania on 27 July 1986. After having obtained a classical high school diploma, he enrolled in the Law Department of the University of Catania.

During his university years, he participated in the Erasmus project at the Autonomous University of Barcelona in Spain, where he had the chance to study law in the Spanish language and gain significant international experience. He graduated with a grade of 110/110 cum Laude, discussing an experimental thesis in Roman Law on the existence of copyright in ancient Rome.

After receiving his Diploma of Specialisation for the legal profession in Rome, he qualified to the Lawyer's profession.

Pursuing his true aim with belief, he continued to devote himself firmly to his studies in preparation for the notary competition. He attended schools in Naples and Rome with a renowned notarial tradition, writing for special series with national coverage.

In order to enhance his legal expertise in corporate law, he completed a Master in Business Contracts at the "24Ore Business School" in Rome. He broadened his legal education in English, applying to the prestigious British University UCL (University College London), for which he obtained access to the LL.M. in corporate law, after a severe international selection.

He was nominated as a notary after succeeding in the 2018 notary competition. Currently, having crowned his dream, he exercises notary functions in the offices of Mirabella Imbaccari and Giarre.
